½cupcoconut milk(can use almond milk or any other non-dairy milk preferred)
2 - 3tspsdate paste(alternative sweetener options: 2 tsp honey or maple syrup)
¼tspvanilla powder or extract
Add chia seeds to the water and stir. Let sit to gel, 15 minutes to overnight.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
