Beet Shake
Whole beets make this delicious, brightly coloured shake nutritious.
  • 1cup cooked beetsred or golden
  • 1/2cup coconut milk(or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1/2cup water
  • 1/4tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • pinch sea salt
  1. Roughly chop beets and add to a blender
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

You can add additional milk or water if this is too thick for your liking.
