    Eligibility and contest rules

    1. Contest begins Monday, June 26th, 2017 at 8am and ends Sunday, July 9th at midnight EST
    2. Prize consists of one copy of It All Begins with Food (SRP $29.95 CAD)
    3. Open to readers with a Canadian mailing address
    4. Open to readers of the age of majority
    5. Winner will be chosen randomly with random.org from all qualified entries on Monday, July 10th, 2017
    6. Winner will be notified via email by Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 and will have 48 hours to respond
    7. Winner will be required to answer a skill-testing question

      One of our favourite kid friendly meals is a spelt flatbread topped with tons of veggies and a sauce made from hidden veggies. So delicious.

          It is called Power Sauce and it is tomato paste base with ground super greens and simple seasoning in it. It is quite delicious!
