What happens during the Tuesday meetups?
After a quick check-in to set our intentions for the day, we get down to business for around 90 minutes. Each of us focusses on her own projects, occasionally turning to the group with a question, an insight or a helpful resource to share.Mentorship
We always have a business mentor onsite to answer your questions, give feedback on your ideas, and connect you with the resources you need. In March our featured mentor is Susheela Ramachandran. As an intuitive guide and experienced entrepreneur Susheela can tune into your energetic field and get messages as to where you’re stuck in your business and how you can create more flow in those areas.
She has helped women in many areas of their business from channeling their perfect offerings to receiving messages on who their ideal clients are. Your business is an extension of you, she can also channel and help you clear any personal blockages that may be impacting your ability to run your business as the highest version of yourself. After 90 minutes of work, we take a purposeful 20-minute wellness break. We look at wellness through a broad lens – activities may include dance, meditation, creative writing, yoga. This month our featured mentor is Hema Ramsingh, Nomadic Nutritionist. Hema is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and culinary nutritionist.
After more than 10 years in consumer marketing & project management, Hema’s journey into nutrition began when she started experiencing her own health issues. Her path into her own healing led Hema to become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Culinary Nutritionist, 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach and a volunteer Food Revolution Toronto Ambassador. She focuses on educating others about the powerful healing abilities of nutrient-dense whole foods.
As both a nutrition and marketing expert, she uses her skills and experience to effectively communicate about food, nutrition, wellness and more.
